Crafted-to-Order Policy

Each solid-gold creation is crafted individually for the client. For this reason, all made-to-order pieces — including those in 10K, 14K, and 18K gold — are considered final sale once production begins.

This approach reflects the Maison’s standards: every piece is created to a specific size and specification, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Quality Assurance

If a piece were to present a craftsmanship defect, the Maison will review the item and proceed with a correction or remake, at no cost to the client. This includes issues of stone setting, alignment, finishing, or any deviation from the order specifications.

Exclusions

The following are not considered defects:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected at the time of order
• Wear resulting from daily use
• Damage caused by improper handling
