Packaging uses recycled paper materials, and orders ship with tracked delivery from our United States, European Union, and Asia operations to reduce transit inefficiency. The Océan Noir is finished with five layers of rhodium, the same finish used on fine white gold jewellery. Rhodium does not tarnish. Worn daily and cared for simply, the piece retains its white brilliance for years. Should a craftsmanship issue ever arise, the Maison lifetime guarantee applies without expiry.
Moissanite was selected for its optical performance. Its brilliance and fire exceed that of diamond, and at VVS D clarity each stone presents with exceptional purity and consistency. It is among the hardest gemstones on earth, suited to daily wear rather than occasional display.
Yes. Standard thermal testers register moissanite as diamond, as both conduct heat in the same range. Only specialised dual testers distinguish the two. Every Océan Noir piece is individually certified by GRA, so its identity is documented rather than assumed.
The Océan Noir was designed to be worn often, not reserved for occasions. It withstands daily wear comfortably. The Maison recommends removing it before swimming, exercise, and exposure to perfumes or chlorine, as with any fine jewellery, to preserve the rhodium finish longest.

For chains, most women select 16 inches, while most men prefer 22 to 24 inches. The right length depends on how you prefer the piece to sit, with shorter lengths resting closer to the collar and longer lengths creating a more relaxed drop.
For rings, the simplest method is the paper strip test. Cut a narrow strip of paper, wrap it snugly around the finger you intend to wear the ring on, and mark where the end meets.

If you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for a more comfortable fit. If the fit is not right on arrival, the Maison will exchange it within 14 days.
Size exchanges are simple. If your piece does not fit as expected, contact the Maison within 14 days of delivery and we will guide you through the exchange process. Once the original piece is returned and inspected, the correct size will be prepared for you.
Each Ocean Noir piece is crafted to order by the Atelier and usually ships within 1 to 2 weeks. Once dispatched, it is sent by insured express delivery, with typical delivery in 5 to 7 days. U.S. orders are handled within the United States, and every shipment is tracked and insured in full.
Every Océan Noir piece is covered by the Sant Leclère lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Should a craftsmanship issue arise, the Maison will arrange one replacement without expiry. If the piece does not meet expectation within 14 days of receipt, it may be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
