Each piece is crafted in our ateliers in 925 sterling silver with a protective rhodium finish and set with lab-created moissanite, chosen for its brilliance and considered impact. We maintain clear traceability from component to finished piece.
Production is small batch and hand finished to favour longevity over volume. Packaging uses recycled paper materials, and orders ship with tracked delivery from our United States, European Union, and Asia operations to reduce transit inefficiency. If your product arrives damaged or exhibits any manufacturing defects, our guarantee ensures you receive a one-time replacement of the piece at no additional cost.
We allow up to 30 days from date of receiving to request a return. After this time period our system will not allow a return. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless a faulty order was received (we may require photo evidence of this) or we sent a wrong item.
As soon as a return is received at our warehouse you will get an email and we will automatically process the refund or replacement. We do not refund the shipping cost you paid. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return.
